Our TeamOur team sizes vary, depending on the length and complexity of the project. Smaller projects might have one or two full-time staff; while a large project might require as many as a dozen people. No matter what the size of the core team, each project receives input from a number of specialists who make sure that you are getting a high quality product across the board – solidly built, easy-to-use, and doing what you need it to do. ArchitectThe architect designs the structure of the application. He or she specifies which technologies will be used and how they will work together, knowing that the application will be in use for a long time. Once developers start coding, the architect reviews new features to ensure that they are designed to fit the architecture and will scale well as the application grows. Business AnalystThe business analyst is responsible for mastering the client’s business requirements and communicating them to the rest of the team. Their feedback is required at all stages of the project to make sure that we are meeting the client’s requirements. The business analyst must also have an understanding of the application’s architecture and features and how we can use technology to meet the client’s business needs. User Interface DesignerThe UI designer designs an interface and overall visual theme for the application that is not only nice to look at, but easy to use. Over the course of the project, the UI designer reviews new features to ensure that they are usable and consistent with the rest of the product’s interface. Quality AssuranceQA specialists test the application to make sure that it works, is easy to use, and does what the client needs it to do. During development, QA tests versions of the application regularly to ensure that any problems are addressed quickly. After the application is delivered to the client, QA continues to test the product to make sure it will work properly in all scenarios. DevelopersThe developers are responsible for building the application and implementing features that meet the business requirements, architecture, and user interface design. Before and after the client receives the application, the developers work to produce the highest quality product possible and to address any issues raised by QA or the client. |
