We recognize that every client that comes to us is unique, with different business models, different types of customers, and different goals. Before we begin to design your product, we learn your business. What do you do and how do you do it? Where do you want your business to go? Once we understand the issues and know what you need, we begin building the software.

To ensure that you get the best quality product possible, our QA team tests the software as it is being developed, not after it’s already built. QA looks at the software from your perspective; not only how well it works, but also how easy it is to use and whether or not it does what you need it to do.

When we deliver the software to you, we package it for easy installation. We include user guides with clear, easy-to-read instructions on how to use the product.

We’ll continue to work with you as you use the product; whether it’s to answer a question about how it works, to fix something that doesn’t, or to add a feature that would help you work better.

Everyone involved in our projects works from our office. No part of frogware is outsourced. If you call, you’ll reach someone who knows you and your business, not an anonymous voice at a call centre. If you need to meet in person, we’ll set up a meeting right away. And if you have a sudden crisis or need a new feature added as soon as possible, we’ll put in the extra time and effort necessary.

We’ll help you grow – or stay small

Some of our projects have started small, with one or two people working on them, and grown to as many as twenty people as our clients have become successful. Other projects started small and remain small, with just a handful of people to maintain the product and serve the client. No matter which approach you choose, we’ll support you in reaching your goals.

If you do choose to expand, we’ll meet with you regularly to review what we’ve achieved, determined where we can improve, and establish where we plan to go next.
